To confirm your booking at Bath House, a minimum deposit of 50% is required to secure your chosen dates and ensure your reservation is confirmed. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days before your arrival, or in full if you are booking within 30 days of your arrival. Little Bath and Tin Bath must be paid in full at the time of booking.
For Bath House only: We ask for a security deposit of £300 at the time of booking to cover any potential damages to the property during your stay. This deposit will be released a few days after your departure, provided there are no disputes over damages.
If you are unable to travel due to government restrictions, we can reschedule your booking for a future date or provide you with a full refund.
Our standard cancellation policy applies for non-government restriction related cancellations in that we can offer a 50% refund up to two months before the arrival date but cannot offer any refunds within one month of your arrival date. In extreme cases we might be able to reschedule your dates.
Whilst we are very happy to welcome well-behaved doggies, we do ask that they are not left alone during the day, not allowed on furniture and that muddy paws are cleaned before entering the house. This helps us to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our accommodation for all of our guests.
Bath House warmly welcomes families with children and provides one high chair and one travel cot on-site for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide cot mattresses or stair gates.
Little Bath is suitable for families with slightly older children, while Tin Bath is primarily designed as a relaxing child-free experience 🙂
Our standard check-in time is 5pm for Bath House and 3pm for Little Bath and Tin Bath. All check-out times are 10am. However, we can sometimes offer a later checkout – please let us know at the time of booking and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate your request.
The Guest Directory has a few numbers of local taxis to take you to Taunton Train Station or Bristol Airport on your departure day and we recommend you book in advance.
